Apple Pie

Many people have a signature steam slice for their pie.  I use my mother's 4 slice, and Linda sliced her mother's leaf's design for me.  We experimented with a ceramic steam release bluebird given us by one of our nieces.  The Bluebird worked but seemed to emit more than steam, a little messy.
