International Space Station Over Washington State Tonight

Last night the Space station was theoretically visible from Seattle.  Seattle was socked in with low cloud cover and rain the station was only visible to pilots and passengers flying at 50,000 feet.  We have another chance tonight when the station is visible for 4 minutes beginning at 7:50 PM Pacific time.
