German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Pussy Riots sentencing to Vladimir Putin
"I don't know whether the two women should have been sent to a prison, I don't know whether the same would have happened to them in Germany. It would have generated a debate about whether that should go on in a church, no question. But should you really have to spend two years in a labour camp for it?"Apparently, Russian President Vladimir Putin has a thin skin and reacted angrily to the Chancellors comments. President Putin doesn't seem to realize that he has angered the global community by sentencing these young ladies to a labor camp for singing a song.
