This is Tyler Florence's the ultimate cheesecake from food network again. I messed up the timer on this cheesecake and probably cooked it close to 2 hours. There was a thin layer of pretty dry cheesecake on top, however, it was delicious as always, and the cheesecake seemed to benefit from extra cooking with additional texture.
