We have had a decade of experience with the George Bush Tax Cuts, endorsed by Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan. We have found those cuts to be NOT conducive to growth or a vibrant economy. George Bush's "rich job creators" are as imaginary as Saddam Hussein's weapons of mass destruction.
