A few weeks ago, we cooked a turkey and invited our 2 sons, their friends and one of my nieces over for a "turkey and no leftovers dinner". Kevin, offered to carve the turkey and of course we said:" yes, please". We were amazed, in no time this young man expertly carved up the huge bird and neatly stacked all the pieces on a platter. Most outstanding display of turkey carving we've ever seen. I'm a terrible carver, carcass mangler is a more appropriate description of my abilities. Everyone was very grateful that Kevin carved the turkey. Thank you, Kevin.
