These are the comments by Rep. Wasserman-Schultz discussing the Cut, Cap and Balance bill that so incensed Rep. West. In case you missed the "Unprofessional and Inappropriate Sophomoric Behavior from Wasserman Schultz" from the video clip, the section that so incensed Rep. West starts a 1:00.
I am outraged. Enough is enough! We can't sit by and watch such an appalling action from one of our elected officials. I need you to speak out right now -- tell Allen West that you are standing with Debbie against this outrageous and despicable behavior. From Kirsten Gillebrand

“The gentleman from Florida. who represents thousands of Medicare beneficiaries, as do I, is supportive of this plan that would increase costs for Medicare beneficiaries – unbelievable from a member from South Florida,”Yeah, I missed it too. Rep. West did vote for the Ryan Plan which ended medicare as we know it. Cut Cap and Balance as TPM has shown is nothing more than a clever way of cutting medicare. So Rep. West responds to policy issue statements with personal attacks? Here is the full E-mail Rep. West sent to Rep. Wasserman Schultz.
From: Z112 West, Allen Sent: Tuesday, July 19, 2011 04:48 PMImage via WikipediaRep. West brings The Republican War on Women up close and personal. "Unprofessional, Inappropriate Sophomoric, vile, despicable, coward, shut the heck up, heinous, characterless behavior, disgusting, not a lady. Unfortunately, Rep. West is not describing his own behavior but attributing all of these negative falsehoods to Rep. Wasserman Schultz. There has been no apology by West and no demands for an apology by any other republican. Republicans are used to this, consider Senator David Vitter (R-LA) who broke the law by soliciting prostitutes while in the senate, Senator Vitter also employed on his staff a domestic abuser and had him handling women's affairs. Senator John Ensign (R-NV) had an affair with the wife of his best friend while they were both in his employment. So don't hold your breath expecting the republicans to apologize or demand an apology. Instead, you can sign Emily's Lists letter and Kirsten Gillebrand's letter.(please click on the links at the bottom of the post) Not that Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz needs our help handling the unsavory Rep. West. I loved her response to West; professional, to the point and policy oriented.

Look, Debbie, I understand that after I departed the House floor you directed your floor speech comments directly towards me. Let me make myself perfectly clear, you want a personal fight, I am happy to oblige. You are the most vile, unprofessional ,and despicable member of the US House of Representatives. If you have something to say to me, stop being a coward and say it to my face, otherwise, shut the heck up. Focus on your own congressional district!
I am bringing your actions today to our Majority Leader and Majority Whip and from this time forward, understand that I shall defend myself forthright against your heinous characterless behavior......which dates back to the disgusting protest you ordered at my campaign hqs, October 2010 in Deerfield Beach.
You have proven repeatedly that you are not a Lady, therefore, shall not be afforded due respect from me!
Steadfast and Loyal
Congressman Allen B West (R-FL
"If he feels that concerned and gets that churned up over having to defend his position, then he probably should reconsider his position,"From Emily's List:
