Jay's Sausage Potato Bake
You can nicely layer all the vegetables and sausage or you can toss them (messy). I usually sprinkle the sliced vegetables and sausage with the olive oil and then toss. I bake at 425 for about an hour, when the potatoes are almost done, sprinkle with cheese and give the dish another 5 minutes.
Jay's Sausage Potato Bake
One 1lb package of Hillshire Farm Sausage thinly sliced
4 thinly sliced yukon potatoes
1 green or red pepper, sliced in small ribbons
1 or 2 thinly sliced onions
1 sliced tomato
olive oil
fresh thyme
dried basil
1 1/2 cup shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
