After the Koch brothers puppet, Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin took office. Scott Walker eliminated collective bargaining rights for unions, cut public education and enacted one of the most restrictive voter ID laws in the nation.
Scott Walker was elected with only 1.2 million votes.
Over 1 million citizens signed the recall petition.
