Republican Bait and Switch

We need jobs, infrastructure spending, and a huge investment in renewable energy any of those should take top priority by our legislatures. We do not need HR3 the smith bill which eliminates comprehensive health benefits for women. What are the Republicans thinking? Their personal beliefs are more important than women's rights?
