Chicken for dinner

Lemon zest, lemon thyme and honey basted chicken


Emeril Lagasse honey-butter baked chicken
This is a great recipe by Emeril, although the cooking times in the recipe are way off.  Needed a lot longer than 1 hour to cook this big free range chicken.  If doing over, I'd let this chicken cook an hour (Emeril suggests 20 minutes) before the first basting, it browns very quickly, once the butter,honey, herb baste is applied.
