What the New Fuel Efficiency Standards Will Do For America

Detroit is at it again.  Instead of rising to the challenge of new fuel efficiency standards they are sinking to their nearest lobbyist.  "this is so hard, please, please let us make cheap inefficient cars", that whine almost cost America their auto industry once.  It can happen again.
