This is my favorite editorial cartoon of the year by Matt Bors. America is indeed changing, and I embrace that change. Bill O'Reilly claimed "the white establishment is now the minority" and lamented "it’s not a traditional America anymore.” My memories of traditional America include the Vietnam war, the Iraq war, the drug war, pre-existing conditions, the 2008 Wall Street crash, the Bush Tax cuts, the ignoble list goes on. The bar isn't very high for a new generation of non-white non-traditional leaders, they'll sail over it with ease.
