Announcing his VP choice in a Friday night news dump while the Summer Olympics are still in full swing, is another effective demonstration of the Romney Campaigns' strategic ineptitude. By next week the only questions the press will be pursuing are how many years of tax returns did Mr. Ryan release and when will Mitt Romney release more? Paul Ryan, is the author of the most unethical budget in American history. Eliminate Medicare as we know it, cut Social Security and our safety net, then pass along the savings to the millionaires and billionaires. Tax cuts for the rich and cut services for the poor, sick and elderly. Republicans have doubled down on a failed policy, trickle down economics. Romney and Ryan will promote policies that benefit the rich, in spite of all the evidence of the last decade that those policies will not benefit the nation as a whole, and who needs infrastructure, education, research, science, healthcare and the social safety net? Paul Ryan and his dishonest and unethical budget was the driving influence that started this blog. Paul Ryan and his trickle down budget is wrong for America. Picking Paul Ryan as his running mate, shows Mitt Romney is so out of touch that I'm not sure if we live in the same country.
