Happy Friday

The Mars Rover, Opportunity took this stitched (817 single exposures) panoramic image of the 14 mile wide Endeavor crater while sitting out the long 4 month martian winter. This little Rover is now in its ninth year of operation in the harsh conditions of Mars. Although, the red planet is devoid of living greenery it has been successfully explored solely with Green Technology.  Would you like to go 9 years without filling up your gas tank?
