What If Senator Brown Questioned Speaker Boehner's Whiteness?

Senator Brown:

"Professor Warren claimed that she was a Native American, a person of color and as you can see she's not."

Senator Brown just how brown does a Native American have to be?  Was the Senator expecting Ms. Warren to dress as Sacajawea?   Did the lack of hair braids throw you off, senator?  A person's identity is solely based on the tint of their skin?  No one has the right to question another person's racial identity.  Perhaps Scott Brown has the time to critique American Asians, Latino's, and Blacks to see if their skin color matches their racial identity.  What if senator Scott Brown questioned Speaker Boehner's alleged whiteness?
"Speaker Boehner claimed that he was white, a person of white skin and as you can see he's not."
