Rep. Peter King (R-NY) Faithful Pillar of the Plutocrats

“They have no sense of purpose other than a basically anti-American tone,”  King also explained that he is “old enough to remember what happened in the 1960s when the left-wing took to the streets and somehow the media glorified them and it ended up shaping policy.” He added, “We can’t allow that to happen”:
"We can't allow that to happen".  Seriously, we can't allow the majority of Americans to influence policy?

A very clear majority of Americans in poll after poll are in favor of raising taxes on the wealthy (Even among republican voters).  [1.] How many republican legislators in Washington D.C. want to raise taxes on the wealthy?  Zero.  Rep. Peter King is not interested in helping unemployed Americans.  He doesn't even want the unemployed to be seen in the media.   Don't the 23 million jobless Americans realize that if they continue to protest and march in city after city across the nation, the elite in D.C. will be forced to change their policies? That is most certainly their hope, but how many protestors does it take to cancel out a $100,000 campaign contribution.
