Naral Pro-Choice Washington Endorses Rep. Jay Inslee for Governor

 From Naral Pro-Choice Washington:

“Rep. Inslee is a strong, vocal advocate for women’s rights and health, and NARAL Pro-Choice Washington is proud to support his bid for the Governor’s office,” said Christi Stapleton, Interim Executive Director of NARAL Pro-Choice Washington.  “Rep. Inslee understands the issues facing Washington women and families, and he will be a steadfast champion for reproductive rights in Olympia.”

“Jay Inslee is the only candidate in this race who stands for women’s rights and health,” Stapleton said.

“Time and again, Washington voters have shown that they want a Governor who is unequivocally pro-choice,” Stapleton added.  “Washington women need to know that their Governor will stand up for them, whether it’s supporting full family planning funding in the state budget, advocating for pro-choice legislation, or supporting access to medications at the pharmacy counter.”

 Naral Pro-Choice Washington made this early announcement because they wanted Washington Voters to know their is a very clear difference between the candidates concerning women's reproductive health.
