The Daily Bread

I have been spreading Bob's 5 grain rolled cereal onto the towel to prevent sticking.  It also adds texture and crunch to my bread lately.  I've noticed that one of the grains in Bob's blend tends to give the bread a darker texture.  I'm sure its not the oats, or wheat.  Triticale, rye or the flaxseed?
