The Daily Bread

By accident I purchased King Arthur's whole wheat flour instead of unbleached white flour which is our daily bread staple.  This loaf is half white unbleached flour and half King Arthur's whole wheat flour, it was very tasty and had a nice sponge.

  1. We have really grown to enjoy using the King Arthurs Whole Wheat flour. With trying to control carbs here (not me but the hubby) whole wheat gives us a bread option. I have used it in the pasta, the raviolis and the pita's. That looks yummy by the way!
