For our son's 24 birthday we made him a german chocolate cake. I made the cake, so the unevenness is all on me. I neglected to do a good job of smoothing out the batter in the cake pans so our cake looked like the rolling hills of eastern Washington. Linda did a great job with the icing, and the cake tasted wonderful.
Wow! I can't believe he's 24. The last time I saw you guys he was just a little fellow.
