This is Tyler Florence's Ultimate Cheesecake again. This time we tried a chocolate crust. I purchased a box of Famous Chocolate Wafers to use as the crust. There was a couple day delay in the baking and I noticed the box of wafers mysteriously began to shrink as time went on. Hmmm. The recipe calls for 2 cups of crumbs so I purchased a box of chocolate grahams which I located at Safeway. I crushed up the remains of the wafers and a package of the chocolate grahams for the crust. Everyone seemed to love the chocolate crust.
